About Us

The U.S. Community Foundation s a non-profit organization which specializes in providing information that will enrich, enhance and educate individuals of the proper use of credit, mortgage preparation and living space procurement. We offer specialized training on how to obtain HECM Certificates for Reverse Mortgages, provide ongoing seminars on debt and credit and provide low or no cost counseling.

 

At USCFI, we have NCHEC Counselors certified in Foreclosure and Delinqency Counseling on staff. We offer custom solution options to assist you with owning and keeping you home as well as practical decisions to make when your home is on the line. We are only a click away, ready to attend to you.

 

Our People

  1. Rotimi Osilaja (MPA,GRI) Mr. Osilaja is an NCHEC Certified Counselor who specializes in Credit, Homebuyer/Homeowner and Delinquency/Foreclosure counseling. With over 12 years experience in Real Estate and the Mortgage industry, he is the Managing Counselor for the organization. He ensures that every customer of the foundation is treated with respect and empathy, in achieving the goals for which they contacted us.

Folake Oladeinde (MSW,LCSW): With over 18 years in the Social Work and Community Development Non-Profit sectors, Mrs. Oladeinde offers invaluable experience in the area of true community assistance. As a provide of services to the community, she had distinguished herself as a genuinely customer oriented Social Worker. Her end goal is always to ensure that the customer receives assistance to help them meet their desires.

  5. Ade Fasanya (Attorney-at-Law): With over 25 years in the legal field, Mr. Fasanya is a noted advocate for families and parental rights. He understands the importance of ensuring that the family unit is maintained as much as is possible. Having seen the devastating effects of foreclosures and delinquencies on families in his community, he has devoted himself to offering counsel to such parties, to help them progress into the "acceptable" ratings again.

  7. Bunmi Onabanjo (MBA): Ms. Onabanjo has been in the field of financial analysis and statistical projections for several years. She has worked with Harris Bank, Deloitte and Touche and Ernst and Young in these fields, rising to Managerial levels with mercurial speed. As a result of her insight into the staggering numbers of delinquencies, she understands that those numbers are made up of people, all of whom are devastated by the snowballing problems they face. She has decided to volunteer her services to helping rebuild lives, one community at a time.
