The U. S. Community Foundation is a community orientated organization which assists individuals in many areas of life, in living Community Life to the fullest and supporting the whole well being of the human person.
The Foundation provides various programs and sessions, group and/or individual to support the buyer, homeowner or renter. Credit classes, Section 8 classes, Reverse Mortgage classes, etc. are offered on a regular basis so that an individual will be informed on ‘how to’ purchase, rent or take advantage of the current government programs, if qualified. If they are not qualified, the Foundation gives the tools to them to become qualified.
Also, the Foundation will offer pre-foreclosure and pre-bankruptcy counseling as may be required by law.
If prepared for property owning or renting, this site provides the information to find property/rentals any where in the State of Illinois.
